The terms that apply to bookings and use of this website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to website visitors, inquiries, and clients who book services with InkBar.

1. Overview

InkBar provides DIY tote bag and coin purse souvenir experiences for events. By submitting a booking request or proceeding with payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Availability

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • After submitting a contact form, InkBar will review your preferred event date and confirm availability.
  • InkBar reserves the right to accept or decline any booking based on schedule and operational capacity.

3. Reservation and Downpayment

  • To secure your booking, a 50% downpayment is required after confirmation.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the downpayment is received.
  • The 50% downpayment is non-refundable, except under approved conditions stated below.

4. Payment Terms

  • The remaining balance must be settled 1 to 2 days before the event date, as agreed during booking confirmation.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
  • InkBar reserves the right to release the reserved schedule to other clients.

5. Late Payment Penalties

  • A late payment fee may be applied, as determined by InkBar.
  • Services may be delayed or cancelled until payment obligations are completed.
  • No setup or service will be provided until full payment is received.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Downpayment

  • The 50% downpayment is strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Refund Exceptions

  • Unexpected situations involving the celebrant, including serious illness or emergency.
  • Natural events such as typhoons or severe weather conditions that prevent the event from proceeding.

Requirements

  • Valid proof or supporting documentation must be provided.
  • All requests are subject to review and approval by InkBar.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

7. Event Changes and Rescheduling

  • Event changes or rescheduling are only allowed for unexpected situations involving the celebrant.
  • Requests may also be considered for natural events such as typhoons or severe weather conditions.
  • All requests must include valid proof or documentation.
  • All requests are subject to InkBar's availability.
  • InkBar does not guarantee availability for new dates.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy applies.

8. Service Scope

InkBar provides a DIY tote bag and coin purse experience where guests can choose designs and personalize their items during the event.

  • Services will be delivered strictly based on the agreed package and inclusions.
  • Only the purchased package items and quantities will be provided.
  • Additional requests may incur extra charges.

Unused Items

  • All remaining tote bags or coin purses that are fully paid will be released to the celebrant after the event.

Variations

  • Minor variations in design, materials, or setup may occur depending on availability and event conditions.

9. Overtime Charges

  • InkBar's service duration will follow the agreed event time.
  • Any extension beyond the agreed time will be subject to overtime charges.
  • Overtime fees will be charged per hour or per agreed rate.
  • Overtime must be approved by InkBar based on staff availability.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide the following:

  • Adequate space for InkBar setup and guest interaction.
  • A stable electricity or power source for equipment use.
  • A safe and accessible area for setup and operations.

InkBar will not be held responsible for delays or service limitations due to lack of proper space, power, or unsafe conditions.

11. Damage and Liability

  • The client agrees to take full responsibility for any damage caused to InkBar's equipment, materials, or setup during the event.
  • Any damage caused by guests or the celebrant will be charged in full based on repair or replacement cost.
  • Payment for damages must be settled within the agreed timeframe.

12. Force Majeure

InkBar shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, or earthquakes.
  • Government restrictions or emergencies.
  • Power outages or transportation disruptions.
  • Other unforeseen events that make performance impossible or unsafe.

In such cases, InkBar reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services without liability, subject to review of refund eligibility under the policy above.

13. Limitation of Liability

InkBar will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

14. Agreement

By submitting a booking form or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
